Terms of Service

Last updated: January 12, 2026

1) Agreement to terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Gravity Terminal (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally permitted to use the Service. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Some markets may be restricted based on your location. For example, US persons may have restrictions on certain markets. Please review the terms of the connected venues.

3) Description of service

Gravity Terminal provides a unified interface for viewing, analyzing, and trading on prediction markets, including Polymarket and Kalshi. We aggregate market data, provide research tools, and offer AI-assisted analysis features.

We are an interface layer. We do not operate the underlying prediction markets, custody venue funds, or control market outcomes. Trades are executed on third-party platforms when you connect those accounts or wallets, and your use of those platforms is subject to their terms and policies.

4) Accounts, wallets, and credentials

If you sign in with email or social login, an embedded wallet may be created for you via Privy. You may also connect an external wallet. Wallets are non-custodial; we do not have access to your private keys. You are responsible for safeguarding your accounts, wallets, and credentials. Do not share your credentials or API keys.

If you connect to Kalshi or Polymarket, you authorize the Service to store your credentials in encrypted form and to submit orders on your behalf to the extent you approve each action.

5) Market data and content

Market data, prices, charts, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Content may be sourced from or dependent on third parties.

6) Trading risk and no advice

Trading event contracts involve significant risk, including the potential loss of all funds used. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. The Service does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.

  • Prices can be volatile and markets can resolve unexpectedly.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.

7) AI and automated systems

The Service may use AI systems to provide research, analysis, or summaries. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying information before acting on it. We make no representations about the accuracy or suitability of AI outputs for any purpose.

8) Prohibited conduct

  • Using the Service for unlawful activities.
  • Attempting to manipulate markets or engage in wash trading.
  • Attempting to bypass security or access restrictions.
  • Reverse engineering or scraping the Service.
  • Interfering with the Service's integrity or availability.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity.

9) Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal use.

Market data and third-party content are subject to their respective terms.

10) Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services (including Polymarket, Kalshi, wallet providers, and data providers). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability or performance.

11) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to protect the Service or users.

12) Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising out of your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

14) Force majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain outages, third-party API failures, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gravity Terminal and its team from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice.

17) Dispute resolution and governing law

We prefer to resolve disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it may be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law. You agree to resolve disputes in your individual capacity and waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where Gravity Terminal is organized, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18) Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19) Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Gravity Terminal regarding the Service.
