This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity Terminal ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Service.
2) Information we collect
- Account and identity data such as your Privy identifier, email address (if provided), wallet address, and authentication method.
- Exchange credentials you choose to connect (e.g., Kalshi API credentials or Polymarket API credentials). These are stored encrypted and decrypted only when needed to place orders.
- Trading and portfolio data including orders, positions, trades, watchlists, and settings.
- Research and analysis data such as research queries, market notes, and interactions with AI-assisted features.
- Usage and device data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, error logs, and general usage patterns.
3) Cookies and local storage
We use cookies to maintain secure sessions and enable core functionality. We also use local storage to save preferences such as layouts, watchlists, and settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
4) How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service.
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Connect to third-party venues at your request.
- Improve performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Comply with legal obligations and prevent abuse.
5) Sharing of information

- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., authentication, hosting, and wallet infrastructure).
- Trading venues you connect, solely to execute or manage orders and retrieve market data.

We do not sell your personal information.
6) Third-party services
We integrate with third-party services to provide the Service, including:
- Privy (authentication and wallet infrastructure)
- Polymarket and Kalshi (market data and trade execution)
- Blockchain and RPC providers (e.g., Polygon)
- AI and data providers for research features
- Hosting, storage, and security providers
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
7) Public blockchain information
Blockchain transactions are public by nature. If you trade on on-chain venues, your wallet address and on-chain activity may be publicly visible and cannot be deleted by us.
8) Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypting sensitive credentials. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not store your private keys. Wallet connections are handled by Privy or your external wallet provider.
9) Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable time, subject to legal requirements.
10) Your choices and rights
You can disconnect wallets or delete stored credentials in the Service settings. You may also request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA. If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights under GDPR. We do not sell personal information.
11) Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
12) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice.
